It's somewhere around 10am, somewhere in Mississippi, that this entry is being written as we, the little ones, make our mad dash across 3 states to our Atlanta show. A majority lie asleep in a much deserved slumber, having only slept 3hrs before waking up to pile right back into the van. Some still have their clothes on from the night prior and some actually made it into their "driving attire". All I know is is that I'm out of clean socks. bummer. However, the quote of the morning has to be "I'm sick of stains". Regardless of our fatigue, lack of socks, and stained t-shirts we had an amazing show last night in Baton rouge, LA. The crowd was tops and the vibe of the room has been unparalleled thus far. Big thanks go out to the peeps at the Spanish Moon for showing us a good time. Okay, back to the road.., We're now passing through Biloxi. You know, where Ferris Bueller was a fighter pilot? The scenery is quite amazing but more importantly soothing. We're currently traveling down the 10 East flanked by seas of trees with the occasional swamp We're extremely excited of the potential of spotting a couple roadside gators. We'll prolly have to wait for Florida for that. btw- Boys to Men are playing Beau Rivage on dec1st.
Where we going again? oh right, Atlanta, GA. It came ot our attnetion about a week ago that tonight's show is part of the Paste Magazine Rock n' Reel Film/Music festival? Not quite sure what the means, but it sounds neat-O. Also, just wanted to mention that we're obviuosly somewhat bad at this whole "tour blog" thing, updating, etc... the truth? we're adapting to the road, but with every show we remember our love and that we are a band. With that comes our voice as well, and the hope to share these experiences with people in more ways than one. Off to stare at Alabama now.
