This film is as raw as it gets. The absolute unfiltered truth of Honor Killing in India is what Love Hostel presents to you. Vikrant Massey and Sanya Malhotra pray the role of an in-love, inter-religious couple who elopes and get married, against their family’s wishes. What ensues then is a true goose chase with a contact killer named Dagar right on their trail.

3. 14 Phere

Vikrant Massey and Kriti Kharbanda’s 14 Phere is a total contrast from the films mentioned above. Although this film also shows the couple as an inter-caste couple, their struggles are shown in a much more comic light. The film is funny and dramatic and still gets the message across without beating around the bush too much. And that’s what makes this film one of our favorites starring Vikrant Massey.

4. Chhapaak

Deepika Padukone’s Chhapaak was one of the most talked about Hindi movies in 2020. And despite all the pressure of performing alongside one of the top heroines of Bollywood, Massey held his ground and how! We absolutely loved how effortlessly he portrayed the character of Amol Gupta while neither overpowering Deepika nor being overpowered by her. While Deepika’s performance was incredible, Vikrant also deserves a round of applause for his natural acting in the film.

5. Forensic

Now, while we’re talking about Vikrant Massey and his acting chops, how can we forget his latest release Forensic? Although a remake of the Malayalam film by the same name, the Hindi movie version of Forensic starring Vikrant Massey and Radhika Apte in lead roles has its own charm. It mainly focuses on a forensic expert, played by Massey, who is helping his ex solve a case of a series of murders with his forensic skills.
