4. Take Breaks
There’s no reason you have to just suck it up and deal with challenges in your day. Avoiding feeling negative emotions can only make your day and mood even worse. So, find ways to take breaks and step away to compose yourself before diving back into whatever you need to do.
These breaks don’t have to be long, drawn-out ones either. Add a minute or two to a bathroom run to focus on breathing. Take a few minutes to get your feelings out on paper.
